Meet Annabelle, Dr Balestrini’s right-hand lady. She came to us fresh out of high-school and the building trades dept of BOCES. Annabelle has always enjoyed working in environments that are hands-on and personable. She has gained a true understanding of dentistry in her near 2 years here and excels in patient care.

Along with Leslie, Sarah is one of Dr. Balestrini’s O.G.’s. She began her journey at LPFD in 2012 and since has acquired many hats here. Sarah originally started as a Dental Assistant and after gaining a wealth of knowledge on the clinical side of dentistry, she wanted to try her hand in the insurance world. She has been the office financial coordinator now since 2017 and has really gained an understanding of the insurance world.

Being a dentist is a dream come true for me.  I love what I do because my profession is a mix of science, art, engineering and compassion.  Bringing these four things together to help a patient is very rewarding.  I believe what my team and I do changes peoples’ lives for the better on many levels.

Leslie helps our patients set their appointments and reminds them of their next visit. She also aids patients with their check-in forms.

Joe started in June of 2019 as our office manager.  He brings to the team over 20 years of office, IT, and personnel management experience as an owner operator in local businness and the management of transportation engineering companies.

Delores provides routine cleanings for our patients as well as non-surgical care for their gums to prevent periodontal disease. During her career, she has worked with dental organizations and liaison boards as a member advocate, but tells us she still prefers working in clinical practice above all. Providing service to patients is where it's at! 

Peggy has found working as a hygienist since 1988 very fulfilling. She enjoys meeting people and getting to know them over the time she provides care. Helping them achieve their goals for their smiles and healthy mouths gives her a lot of satisfaction. She strives to provide painless, relaxing dental appointments for all ages.

Alexis joined our team as a dental hygienist in February 2019 after graduating from the Hudson Valley Community College Dental Hygiene Program.
